Hon. Diana Mutasingwa Welcomes Kenyan Senator Hassan Omar to Uganda Ahead of NRM Delegates Conference

In a gesture of regional solidarity and diplomatic engagement, Hon. Diana Mutasingwa this evening extended a warm welcome to Senator Hassan Omar, the General Secretary of Kenya’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party. Senator Omar arrived in Uganda to participate in the highly anticipated National Resistance Movement (NRM) Delegates Conference, scheduled to commence tomorrow at Kololo Independence Grounds.

The distinguished Kenyan leader was received alongside Maj. (Rtd) Pollar Awich, the NRM Director of External Affairs, and a delegation of esteemed guests. Their arrival marks a significant moment in East African political cooperation, underscoring the shared values and mutual respect between Uganda and Kenya.
