Hon. Diana Mutasingwa, the Woman Member of Parliament for Buikwe District and State Minister in the Office of the Vice President, made a significant visit to Najjembe Market in Lugazi Municipality earlier today, where she met with traders, local leaders, and market committee representatives to address pressing governance concerns.

Hon. Diana Nankunda Mutasingwa, Minister of State in the Office of the Vice President and Woman Member of Parliament for Buikwe District, joined President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at the official commissioning of the De Heus Fish Feed Factory in Njeru—a landmark event signaling a new era for Uganda’s aquaculture sector.

In a gesture of regional solidarity and diplomatic engagement, Hon. Diana Mutasingwa this evening extended a warm welcome to Senator Hassan Omar, the General Secretary of Kenya’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party. Senator Omar arrived in Uganda to participate in the highly anticipated National Resistance Movement (NRM) Delegates Conference, scheduled to commence tomorrow at Kololo Independence Grounds.

In a decisive move to quell rising tensions over land ownership, Hon. Diana Nankunda Mutasingwa, Minister of State in the Office of the Vice President and Woman MP for Buikwe District, joined the Resident District Commissioner (RDC) and local authorities in Lugonjo village, Kikwayi Parish, to address a land dispute that has stirred unrest within the community.
