Hon. Diana Mutasingwa, Woman Member of Parliament for Buikwe District and Minister in the Office of the Vice President, joined H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, H.E. Prof. Kithure Kindiki, Deputy President of Kenya, and delegates from across Africa and the Arab world to officially conclude the Afro-Arab Youth Congress 2025.

Today, we celebrate 63 years of independence—a journey marked by resilience, sacrifice, and the unwavering spirit of our people. As we gather to honor this historic milestone, let us reflect on the progress we have made and recommit ourselves to building a nation rooted in unity, justice, and opportunity for all.

Hon. Diana Mutasingwa, Woman Member of Parliament for Buikwe District and Minister in the Office of the Vice President, had the distinct honour of receiving His Excellency Prof. Kithure Kindiki, Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya, during Uganda’s 63rd Independence Day Celebrations held at the historic Kololo Ceremonial Grounds.

Hon. Diana Mutasingwa, Woman Member of Parliament for Buikwe District and Minister in the Office of the Vice President, joined distinguished guests and youth leaders at the Kick-Off Ceremony of the Afro-Arab Youth Congress 2025, held at Speke Resort Munyonyo. The event marked the beginning of a transformative week of dialogue, collaboration, and visionary leadership among young changemakers from across Africa and the Arab world.
