Hon. Diana Mutasingwa Ensures Smooth Implementation of PDM in Luwayo Parish. Diana Mutasingwa, the dedicated Minister of State in the Office of the Vice President, recently visited Luwayo Parish, Kawoolo Division, in Lugazi Municipality to ensure the smooth implementation of the PDM and to address any challenges.
