At the end of 2019, Honorable Diana Mutasingwa launched a transformative project in Buikwe aimed at providing clean water and enhancing overall sanitation through the Diana Ka Foundation. This ambitious initiative aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG6), which focuses on ensuring the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.
Since the project’s inception, several boreholes have been constructed across Buikwe. These boreholes are a testament to the foundation’s commitment to addressing the critical needs of the community. Access to clean water is fundamental to health, prosperity, and dignity, and the Diana Ka Foundation is working tirelessly to ensure that the people of Buikwe enjoy this essential resource.
The boreholes constructed so far are only the beginning. While some are yet to be completed, the foundation has plans for many more to come. Each borehole represents a beacon of hope, a promise of better health, and a brighter future for the residents of Buikwe.
