LUGAZI, May 2, 2025—The Mehta Grounds in Lugazi came alive yesterday as Hon. Diana Mutasingwa, the Minister of State in the office of The Vice President and Woman MP Buikwe District, organized a spectacular Women’s Day celebration to honor the industrious women of Buikwe District. The event, which brought together leaders, stakeholders, and hundreds of women from across the region, was a vibrant recognition of their resilience, achievements, and contributions to society.
Hon. Mutasingwa was joined by Hon. Lillian Aber, the Minister of State for Disaster Preparedness, Relief, and Refugees, and Woman MP of Kitgum, in commemorating the day. In a heartfelt address, Hon.
