This is an upcoming Health Outreach Program organized by Diana Ka Foundation. This initiative, scheduled to take place on Wednesday 15th January 2025, at Tongolo Health Center II aims to provide essential healthcare services and raise awareness about critical health issues within the community.

Services that will be offered that day include; 
• Family Planning of all methods except permanent method
• Reproductive Health Education and Counseling such as infertility issues
• Sexual Health Education and testing e.g STIs, UTIs
• HIV Education, testing and counseling 
• Linkage of those found positive into care 
• Breast examination/Breast cancer screening 
• Cervical cancer screening 
• Counseling and linkage of those found positive into care and support 
• Education on early detection of cancer 
• Ultra Sound scan for pregnant mothers 
• Dental services 
• Postrate cancer screening for Men
• Nutrition sessions especially for pregnant women and mothers
We will be working with partners such Reproductive Health Uganda, AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Rays of Hope Hospice & Uganda Blood Transfusion Services.
